Work and Live Foundation LBG addresses the big picture. Our intention is to operate at the national level beyond the political level to advance policies and programmes that improve living conditions for those living on less than even the minimum wage in Ghana

The foundation has not achieved much since it is in its inception. However, Bismark in his own generous way has assisted and directed certain individuals to make a headway in life: there is someone he built a block making machine for; another also benefited when he constructed a machine for producing palm nut and groundnut oil; a metal welding shop he established is in operation with boys he trained. He achieved this few free of charge and they are still functioning.
